ATCA Connect has contracted sleeping rooms with the Marriott Marquis Convention Center, Washington, DC. The hotel is located adjacent to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Allen Y. Lew Place NW, Washington, DC 20001 via a passageway on the second floor.

Guest rooms and suites feature high-speed Wi-Fi access, large flat-screen televisions, and well-appointed workspaces featuring the latest technology.

BOOK Your Hotel Room within the Block:

Booking within the group block is the right thing to do to support ATCA and to ensure that ATCA's events remain financially viable. It also offers attendees a broad range of benefits:

  • Official hotels are inspected by the organization prior to your arrival.
  • Greater informal networking opportunities exist in hotels within the group block (as this is where a majority of attendees are staying).
  • It will take you less time to travel from the meeting to your hotel room, making it easier for you to adjourn to your room to nap or work during down time.
  • You’ll get a reduced room rate (negotiated by the organization).
  • The size of the official room block determines priority status for function space. By booking rooms outside the block, the organization may not get its preferred dates or function space.
  • A smaller room block makes it more difficult for the organization to gain favorable hotel services, concessions and function space both this year and in future years at new/different properties.

ATCA Connect HOTEL INFORMATION

Housing poachers are companies offering discounted hotel rates and may claim to be working with ATCA, as a show representative. Some companies may be reselling rooms they have secured from another source. They may require fully pre-paid, non-refundable rates, subject to steep change fees. Please book directly with the Marriott Marquis by using the online reservation portal or the information we have provided above. If you get tricked into booking with one of these vendors, ATCA will not be able to assist you in resolving any issues.

ATCA Show Management does not release its exhibitor contact list to anyone except official show vendors. If you are contacted by any vendors, always ask them to send you details in writing before agreeing to anything. If you are contacted by a non-official vendor, or are unsure, please provide us with the details regarding these calls or emails. We will follow up aggressively with them. This includes outside companies offering hotel rooms, listings in show directories as well as more standard items for your booth such as A/V or internet. A list of official and preferred vendors is included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
